My order confirmation didn’t come through, so I reached out to customer service to check on it. The whole process was really easy, and they replied much quicker than I expected.

The rep was friendly, looked everything up for me, and didn’t make it feel like a hassle at all. My order was totally fine, and they sent the details over again. Overall, I was really happy with how simple and quick it was.

I’ve ordered from Pet Supermarket a few times now, and the prices are usually better than what I see at the pet stores near me. Food and treats get expensive so fast, especially if your pets act like they’ve never been fed a day in their lives. Mine definitely do. Anyway, it’s nice to save a few dollars here and there without having to run around town comparing prices. No real complaints from me

I usually only shop here when there’s some kind of promo going on, because otherwise I’m not exactly sprinting to checkout. Some of the discounts are actually good, but wow, it can be such a letdown when the code suddenly doesn’t apply to the one thing I actually need. And sometimes the “sale” price barely feels different, which makes me dramatically question all my life choices for five minutes. The shipping deals do help a lot, though, so it’s not terrible. I just wish the offers were clearer so I didn’t have to play detective every time.

I was hoping to find more options for my cat, but the selection felt limited. I only came across a few things that seemed worth trying, and some of the extra stuff felt unnecessary.

My order from Pet Supermarket showed up in a solid box and, at least from what I saw, everything was packed nicely. The food bag wasn’t torn and none of the cans looked dented, which I definitely appreciate. There was some padding in the shipping box too, so it didn’t seem like stuff was sliding all over the place. I can’t say if every order comes this way, but mine did, and it made a good impression. 5 stars from me.

I’ve been using Pet Supermarket autoship for my dog’s food for a while now, and it’s been easy. Most of the orders show up right when they’re supposed to, and it’s one less thing I have to remember during the week.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of mixed.

Not sure why people act like the online inventory is always wrong, but in my case it matched the shelf just fine. I checked before going, showed up, and the item was there like it said.

My order was mostly right, but one item was wrong, which was a little confusing?? It wasn’t a huge deal though, and everything else was fine.

I thought the store was clean when I stopped in, which always makes shopping feel a lot easier to me. The floors looked like they had been swept, and the aisles were clear enough that I wasn’t having to dodge random boxes or clutter.
The only thing I noticed was a slight smell around the fish section, but it wasn’t strong enough to ruin the trip. Overall, I had a good experience and would shop there again.

Ordered my cat’s food from petsupermarket.com and the bags showed up in good shape, nothing stale or off-smelling. My cat went straight for it as soon as I put it out, so that pretty much told me everything I needed to know
